The
"Manniattaakh" Cultural and Ethnographic Tourist Center
The Tourist Center is named after Yakut merchant Gavril Nikiforov, first patron of arts,
education, and culture, whom people called Manniattaakh. The center is built on the
beautiful bank of the Lena river.
It is a fun place to visit all year long. Winter is the time for amazing attractions,
games, tobogganing, rituals, reindeer and dog sledding, Russian troika and snowmobile
rides. Summer is the time for water skiing, paintball, attractions, the Valley of Horror
maze, shooting gallery, beach and dancing. Guests are welcome to enjoy the nationally
styled restaurant and a disco bar.
The place is comfortable and friendly. The revival of popular traditions and the
establishment of new quality standards, is the center's motto.
