Proposed Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Yakutsk .After transferring you to your hotel participants will
be taken on a city tour of Yakutsk . The group will visit some of the most interesting
muse- ums and souvenir shops . Remainder of evening at leisure.
Day 2 – In the morning the group will transfer to the Ethnographic Complex
"Bakaldyn" – reservation of Native Inhabitants Evenks. This is the great
opportunity to explore traditional native culture, 1earn about their customs and folklore
. Talk to the locals . You will discover a lot about Yakutia's diverse cultures
.Understanding their views and ways – of interacting with the environment can enrich
your visit . Accommodation at the "Bakaldin" is in simple but comfortable
national cabins. Orientation will be given after dinner.
Day 3 –
In the morning the group will begin the horseback ride to explore the country side and
discover pristine, untouched wilderness . The tour members will cover a big distance along
the river . The group will be escorted by an experienced guide . Some modest fishing
opportunities exist on this tour. Accommodation is in tented camps.
Day 4 – Visits to 17-th century graveyard and sites of an old, deserted Yakutian
village.
Transfer to hotel .Remainder of evening at leisure.
Day 5 – After breakfast transfer to the airport for homeward bound flight

The Cost does not include:
Items personal nature including use of slipping bags, special cloth and shoes, fish ing
license and tackle, remedies for mosquito, alcoholic and carbonated beverages, any costs
incurred because of flight time changes, delays or cancellations due to bad weather or
mechanical problems on aircraft, cancellation insurance, airport departure taxes.
