International Sport Games "Children of Asia" 

The International Sport Games "Children of Asia" is a true celebration of youth spirit and health. People have already referred to the Games as Children Olympics. Juan Antonio Samaranch, the president of the International Olympic Committee, has supported the idea of the Games. The first Games were held in 1996, the second in 2000. "It is cool to be healthy" say young participants of the games, young sportsmen of the Asian-Pacific region and of the Russian Federation. Numerous fans, following up the competition, support the statement. 
There is a wonderful basis for holding the Games in Yakutsk. Numerous sport arenas meet top requirements for high level international competitions. 
A great cultural program filled with wonderful concerts and shows is organized during the Games. The opening and closing ceremonies are extremely spectacular.
